Series: The Sinner's Tribe Motorcycle Club #3

4 Crowns

Book 3 in The Sinner’s Tribe Motorcycle Club series. This book can be read as a standalone, but I highly recommend reading the series as a whole to get more depth of character in the members of the MC, and because the club storyline is continuing to a certain extent.

So we reach the VP’s story. Zane “Tracker” Colton has always been a mystery. Best friends with club president Jagger since childhood, he is dark, moody and a man that isn’t interested in getting it on with the women who hang around the club. What we do know is that he has a history, one that he keeps to himself, but one that he doesn’t let effect his role within the club. The club and Jagger saved and protected him, and if he is anything, he is loyal to Jagger and his brothers.

Evie is living in Conundrum and bringing up her son as a single mother following the breakdown of her marriage. She has always had an artistic flair and now uses it to customise motorcycles. Ready to now take the plunge in the dating pool, she has started dating the president of a local club, The Black Jacks. Life seems to be going well until a visit from The Sinner’s Tribe sends her back into the past and face to face with the boy that she loved, but that left her behind and broke her heart along with the deep friendship they had had since childhood.

Zane is no longer a boy, but Evie isn’t that young girl either. Determined to win her back, secrets will be revealed and the pain of the past will threaten the future. But the biggest hurdle will be Viper. He wants Evie, and he won’t let a Sinner steal what is his.

This really is a great series for fans of the MC romance genre. Unlike many out there, this series is all about the club, the politics, violence and serious bad ass shit that goes on in a one percent MC. The romantic element is very much a bonus and one that isn’t all hearts and flowers. These are serious alpha men that take want they want. Although the nice thing about this book is that you do get to see a softer side to Mr emotionless Zane.

This is in essence a second chance romance. Don’t expect a sickly sweet romance or 2 characters falling into bed with each other by chapter 2. There is a huge back story between our 2 main protagonists and it is full of hurt, bitterness and big secrets. There is also an undeniable love though and love conquers all right? This is a long journey for Zane and Evie, with many twist and turns along the way. I didn’t find it as fast paced and captivating as Cade and Dawn’s book, but it was a really enjoyable story and the club storyline has certainly moved on and I can’t wait to see where it will lead… I predict more bloodshed for sure.

If you are an MC Romance veteran and one that likes more of a strong club storyline alongside the romance element, this is a great series to get into.  Another good instalment. I now look forward to book 4 and hope that a certain snake gets his comeuppance.
