Vincent: Forgetting about Eve was the plan. Finding her at a party on my college campus was the last thing I expected.

But letting her go again isn’t an option—not this time. Juggling the life I want with the one I was born into may be near impossible, but for her, it's a risk I'm willing to take.

My world has turned into a house of cards, where one wrong move can send it all crashing down…and us with it.

Eve: Finally at a prestigious university—and on the path to living my dreams—I’ve left the darkness of the Blue Houses behind. Still, a whole new host of problems await me.

Vincent is here.

He's king of the school, complete with a society princess by his side. I thought I wanted to know what he was hiding, but unlocking his biggest secret leads me into entirely new territory laced with danger
and lust...one I’m not sure I’ll survive.

RECKONING is book two of the Vincent and Eve Trilogy. You will need to read RISING, book one in the Vincent and Eve trilogy, in order to enjoy this sexy and heart pounding romance.

“I’d kill for you. To make you a part of me, I’d do anything. I’m a selfish man, Eve. I’ll never let you leave me.”

This second instalment gave me all the feels,… and frustrated me to no end.

I love Vincent; he’s dark, dangerous and sexy as sin but the secrecy surrounding his true identity and his feelings for Eve were brutal. I hated his position – shackled to the sorority hell bitch princess in the name of family business was tough to witness for our Eve and my heart broke for her.

Starting college and escaping the blue projects is a dream come true for Eve. All her hard work is paying off but when she realises Vincent Borignone is in the same vicinity her new start and resting of past demons raises its head as she becomes more embroiled in the arms of a man she knows she should stay away from.

Love becomes obsession, as third parties threaten to destroy the beauty of what they have. Eve must fight for the man she loves, whilst Vincent makes a decision that could potentially destroy everything!

Set in College this story for me lost some of its edge. I liked the grittier form of book 1 but there is no denying this was still a great read that sprung one hell of a surprise at the end. I have no doubt that book 3 will be epic and I cannot bloody wait!!!

Read this series!!!!

As the bus approaches my stop on the Lower East Side, I raise the hood of my black sweatshirt. Anonymity is key in my neighborhood—particularly as a lone female walking at night.

All I want is to leave my crime-ridden shadow of a home in New York City. I’ve done everything I can to keep my head down and focus on my studies. College is my only goal; love has never been on the map…That is, until my sister brings me to an underground fight, where I meet a gorgeous and mysterious man: Vincent.

He is the ghost in my shadows, showing up to feed me pieces of his upper-crust life, then evaporating into darkness until his next visit. I’m falling hard and fast. How can I trust him amidst the depth of his secrets?

Vincent may be even more dangerous than the dark world I’m trying to escape.

Wow! Rising is a stunning, addictive and unmissable read as we delve deep into the depths of a young girls struggle to live in a crime-ridden New York neighbourhood where poverty and fight for survival dictates, and dreams are only for the weak.

Eve is a smart girl who has a dream. One that alienates her from her Blue Housing project peers. Her only support is her older sister who works hard in a salon to keep a roof over their head and food on the table as their alcoholic working girl mother goes on regular M.I.A.

Dreams are foolish in the projects but Eve is determined to escape by working hard and applying for college scholarships.

After a very harrowing run in with a deadly gang leader Eve finds herself fighting against borrowed time.

Unknowingly walking into an illegal underground fight ring, Eve is shocked to learn her sister is a regular patron. Initially she feels scared and wants nothing more than to get away – violence a regular theme in her life, this is one she can choose to play a part in and she wants out. That is until she sees him..

Vincent aka The Bull is a powerful, respected and unstoppable force. Not only is he undefeated but he’s the most beautiful young man she has ever set eyes on.

Suave, sexy, seductive, dangerous – Vincent is everything she doesn’t need right now, and everything she wants.

Eve is an innocent. An angel disguised lurking in a crowd of monsters. She is everything he can’t have, and everything he could ever hope for.

This book is quite simply AMAZING!!! A relatively short read that gave a little bit of EVERYTHING! I need book two in my hands NOW!

If you like a little darkness, a lot of sexy and a passionate, determined, albeit very sweet heroine, then make this your next read!!!
