New York Times bestselling author Joanna Wylde returns to the world of the Reapers Motorcycle Club…
Looking back, none of this would’ve happened if I hadn’t dropped my phone in the toilet. I mean, I could’ve walked away from him if I’d had it with me. Or maybe not. Maybe it was all over the first time he saw me, and he would’ve found another way. Probably—if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that Shade always gets what he wants, and apparently he wanted me. Right from the first.

OMG!!! I have missed Joanna Wylde’s Reapers Motorcycle Club!!!
Her MC world is like no other!! Her characters have depth, the drama has purpose, the hotness requires cold showers! You just can’t go wrong when you read her books!!

In this installment we get the young but wise Shade. He is the youngest National President in history… now don’t get me wrong.. this does not make him a kid.. he is all man, all biker, all badass!!
He has earned his title. He takes his title to heart, even if that heart is not complete.

Enter Mandy McBride. She is one tough chic. She has had a tough time, from upbringing to men. She believes she will suffer the McBride curse. She will not be happy in love. And she is fine with that. She will have her fun… protect her heart, and be her sisters rock, and help with her kids. She will do anything for them. So love is not part of the plan.

Destiny always has a funny twist… because once Shade sets his eyes on Mandy, all bets are off. Well except the raw deal that gets Mandy in his bedroom to begin with…. She fights her way to steer clear of all things Shade, she just knows he is not one to keep. He will hit the road soon enough… so whats the harm… she can have some fun right?? Shade isn’t looking for an old lady, so he is upfront with her. They have a deal. They have a lot of fun. And of course.. their hearts listen!

Don’t be fooled by this being a novella, there is nothing missing! Joanna carefully crafts this story where it will leave you satisfied, yet as always, yearning for so much more about the Reapers Motorcycle Club!

“Nope. That’s not how it works,” Shade said, sliding his hand up into my hair. “It was about a member of a support club lying to the national president of the Reapers. He tried to cheat me out of five hundred bucks by promising something he didn’t own. We can’t let guys like Rebel get away with that shit. Wouldn’t matter what it was about, the principle’s the same.”

“There are so many things wrong with that statement that I don’t even know where to start. I…I literally can’t figure out what I want to argue with you about because it’s all wrong. All of it.”

“It’s how our world works,” he said, rubbing up and down my lower back. He might’ve been trying to soothe me but my thoughts were spinning too fast. “There’s good and bad. Part of the good is that when you belong to someone in a club, it’s not just his job to protect you, it’s the whole club’s. I’d die for Dopey’s old lady and I don’t even like the bitch. He’s my brother, though, and she’s his property. It is what it is.”

It’s time for more men and motorcycles in the latest from the New York Times bestselling author of Reaper’s Fall...
The club comes first.
I’ve lived by those words my whole life—assumed I’d die by them, too, and I never had a problem with that. My Reaper brothers took my back and I took theirs and it was enough. Then I met her. Tinker Garrett. She’s beautiful, she’s loyal, and she works so damned hard it scares me sometimes . . . She deserves a good man—one better than me. I can’t take her yet because the club still needs me. There’s another woman, another job, another fight just ahead.
Now she’ll learn I’ve been lying to her all along. None of it’s real. Not my name, not my job, not even the clothes I wear. She thinks I’m nice. She pretends we’re just friends, that I’ve still got a soul . . . Mine’s been dead for years. Now I’m on fire for this woman, and a man can only burn for so long before he destroys everything around him.
I’m coming for you, Tinker.
Soon.

Ohhhhhhh Joanna, Joanna, Joanna… how I love thee!!

OMG, I have been waiting for this story!!!

This is Gage and Tinker’s story!!

And hot damn is it an amazing one!!

We have Gage… well he is just amazing who just about makes me fall to my knees with unrequited love.  He is loyal… and I mean LOYAL to his club… to his friends.. to his heart and soul.

We get him in a not so ideal situation, where he must behave and follow through although it may just shatter his heart and ruin any happy future he may have had.  But he follows through… dealing with things while at the same time trying to keep Tinker safe.   So lets get to Tinker… she is a strong woman, who has a huge heart.  She is in a new chapter of her life, having just barely survived a horrible loss and a bastard of a husband.  She is dealing with trying to live her life, continue her business while taking care of her ailing dad after losing her mom as well.  How she is keeping her head above water is beyond me.  And then you get Gage and the BS he is having to live right in the mix and you get a really complicated set of events that Joanna just writes to perfection!

This book is a great continuation of one of my fave series ever….

I can’t wait for more from Joanna Wylde!!

He never meant to hurt her.
Levi “Painter” Brooks was nothing before he joined the Reapers motorcycle club. The day he patched in, they became his brothers and his life. All they asked in return was a strong arm and unconditional loyalty—a loyalty that’s tested when he’s caught and sentenced to prison for a crime committed on their behalf.
Melanie Tucker may have had a rough start, but along the way she’s learned to fight for her future. She’s escaped from hell and started a new life, yet every night she dreams of a biker whose touch she can’t forget. It all started out so innocently—just a series of letters to a lonely man in prison. Friendly. Harmless. Safe.
Now Painter Brooks is coming home… and Melanie’s about to learn that there’s no room for innocence in the Reapers MC.

Joanna Wylde is going to rock your world with Painter and Melanie’s story!!

I am just sitting here having just finished this book and I am in the BEST book hangover!!
Joanna takes their story into new depths not yet explored.
It felt like it was so much more of a personal insight into the real them, than any of the other characters in the books of the Reaper’s MC

The range of emotions that Joanna takes you through, in all that happens to get Painter and Melanie from young and clueless,
to their evolution and growth to make them the adults they become just takes my breath away.

All the while still kicking bada** thrills and twists that just penetrate you!
Not to mention the explosive hotness between them!! It in not sparks or electric buzz…
its a freaking inferno between them, especially as they ager with each other!

I have so much to say about this story, but my full review will need to wait until publication…
But my lovelies, I just had to share these little words with you that don’t even come close to all i need to say to do this book justice!!

Can not wait for Reaper’s Fall to be in your hands!!!

The New York Times bestselling author of Reaper’s Stand is back in her “uber-alpha rough world of MCs”* as one woman’s future is rocked by the man whose hardcore past could destroy her…He never meant to hurt her.

Book 5 in the Reapers Motorcycle Club series. This book could be read as a standalone, however to really get a good understanding of the club, relationships and both Melanie and Painter, I recommend reading this series from the start. On that note, Painter is also featured quite heavily in Silver Bastard, so do yourself a favour and read that book as well.

Levi “Painter” Brooks. His story was always going to be epic, because of how much we have got to know him in the previous books. I fell in love with him in Devil’s Game, and felt his pain when Em unintentionally broke his heart. We then watch the effect that had on him during Reapers Stand, culminating in the epilogue that left us wanting more.

It is raw, it isn’t always pretty, but this is Painter’s story.

Melanie Tucker has had a tough start in life. Abandoned by her mother and growing up with her alcoholic father, Melanie has been so thankful for the love that her best friends aunt London has always had for her. Now London is married to the President of the Reapers MC, and Pic has also become the type of protector her father should have been. And so her introduction to the biker world begins. When a tentative friendship develops into a more meaningful pen pal relationship with a jailed biker named Painter, she has no idea how much change he will bring to her life; both good and bad.

Screen-Shot-2015-04-25-at-8.16.37-am-700x282

Melanie Tucker’s letters have kept Painter going throughout the time he has been incarcerated. He has had fantasies that would make her blush if she only knew what her letters did for him. But on his release he knows the best thing for her, for him and his club is to keep his distance. But when she turns up at a club party and flirts up a storm with a brother from another chapter, the green eyed monster takes over. The sensible thing would be to walk away, he just can’t make his feet move in the right direction.

And so begins a relationship that will span many years, causing much hurt, one special gift and a love that’s flames refuse to die, no matter how much they each try to extinguish them.

Once again Joanna gives us a story that is well researched, beautifully written and packed with a rainbow full of emotions. I have been desperate for Painter’s book and it certainly didn’t disappoint. If I am splitting hairs then I would at this point mention that I would have liked less details in the past and more post a certain event, but do you know what I will forgive Joanna for that because every bit of this book was engaging, fast paced and full of the drama that we have come to expect from the Reaper’s boys.

Another fantastic addition to this best-selling series. This is MC writing at its best. If you are yet to meet the Reapers of Coeur d’Alene, then seriously get 1-clicking. A MUST READ instalment in a MUST READ series.
