From New York Times bestselling author, Samantha Towle, comes a new standalone romantic comedy.
Vaughn West, Hollywood heartthrob, has been at the top of his game for years. He thinks he’s untouchable—until a betrayal brings him spiraling down. Now, everyone pities him, and if there’s one thing Vaughn hates, it’s pity.
After a few months of working his way through every available actress, pop star, model, and waitress in California, Vaughn needs to get his life back on track and focus on what he does best—making hit movies.
Charlotte Michaels is in love. Just not with one person. Louis Vuitton…Christian Dior…Valentino…Gucci…And the list goes on.
Sadly, Charly’s limited bank account doesn’t allow her those luxuries, and the closest she gets are lucky finds in charity shops and working closely with some of those names in her job as a wardrobe assistant.
Now, Charly has landed the mother of all jobs—working on the new Vaughn West movie. Excited doesn’t even cut it.
Only things don’t go as planned, and it turns out that Vaughn is actually a jerk. A hot jerk, but a jerk nonetheless.
So, why do their clothes keep falling off whenever they’re around each other? And why can’t Charly keep her mind in the closet and off Vaughn?
Getting mixed up with a smart-mouthed, fashion-obsessed wardrobe assistant is the last thing Vaughn needs.
Getting mixed up with an arrogant, self-centered, obnoxious, jumped-up actor who has a lack of respect for fashion is the last thing Charly needs.
Things are about to get hot, dirty, and messy in Hollywood. Very messy. Especially if Charly’s closely guarded secret falls out of her closet.

It all started with a twerk, a precariously misplaced pin and a cock warmer…

And ended with me hugging my kindle in glee because not only is this romantic comedy a jovial, fun and sexy read but it was the perfect lighthearted escapism that I never knew I was craving until now.

I’m a sucker for Hollywood romances and yes, I’ve read a few but Wardrobe Malfunction by far is now one of my absolute favourites.

Vaughn and Charly’s story is a laugh a minute but it has so much heart and honesty that you cannot help but fall in love with them in equal measure. Yes, our hero is gorgeous, witty and highly amusing but it was Charly who I admired as she held her own admirably given her position and I do love a strong heroine who isn’t afraid to take a gamble on Hollywood’s golden boy.

I don’t want to go into a story overview because this is one you have to just delve in and enjoy for yourself as you travel from New York, to Vegas to Oregon and back. Charly and Vaughn’s journey is a pleasureable, fun and lighthearted read that will put a smile on your face and another notch on the romcom favourite list.

Samantha Towle does it again!

5 shiny pins.

… I mean Crowns.

Samantha Towle again gives us a fun and hot story that will make you wish you knew how to sew!! lol

Vaughn West, Hollywood heartthrob, is King of Hollywood.  He has it all.  An amazing career, amazing BFF, and hot amazing girlfriend.  Life could not be any better.   Until that bubble gets burst by a shocking betrayal.  He spirals into oblivion and sinks into disaster.  He does not give a F***!  His world crumbles and he is out!

Thank goodness he has good peeps surrounding him.  His manager pretty much kicks his emotional arsenal back to reality and helps this broken soul back on his throne.

perev-465x365

Back on set… life on track… He is still licking his wounds.  In walks Charley the wardrobe assistant on set into his life, and he will have a whole new wound to lick!! lol or maybe Charley can help him out with it.

They are definitely attracted to each other… but Vaughn needs to keep his head in the game.  He promised his manager total focus on the movie and no distractions.  And hot damn is Charley a distraction!  She is a smart-mouthed, feisty and beautiful distraction.  Luckily for her, getting involved with an arrogant, self-centered, obnoxious, jumped-up actor is the last thing on her to-do list.

I absolutely love Samantha’s writing.  She gives you strong women, lots of laughs, Hot Hot Hot men and lots of elegant writing.

You can never go wrong with reading anything written by her!  So what are you waiting for??

From New York Times bestselling author, Samantha Towle, comes a new sexy, romantic suspense standalone novel...
Daisy Smith has spent eighteen months of her life paying for a crime she didn’t commit. Now out of prison, she has only one focus—to get back custody of her younger brother, Jesse, who is deep in the foster care system. Desperate to rebuild her life and show the system that she is responsible enough to care for Jesse, she takes on the only job available to her—working as a maid at the Matis Estate.
On day one of her new job, Daisy meets Kastor Matis, the only son of the owners and her new boss. An enigmatic, handsome Greek god of a man, Kas is closed off, cold, and…well, kind of a bastard.
The more time Daisy spends around Kas, she starts to see there might be more to him than just his cold, bastard ways. He may actually have a heart beating in that frozen chest of his.
But Kas has secrets, too. Secrets that he’s determined to keep.
Secrets make Daisy curious.

‘Unsuitable is unique, compelling, emotional and packed with tantalising suspense making it one incredible un-put-down-able read. One of my favourite books of 2016!!’ – Kelly, Perusing Princesses Blog.

From that heart in your throat Prologue to the closing sentence this story had me tethered tightly within its clutches and two days later is still refusing to let go.

Daisy Smith is my hero. As far as heroines go she is up there with the best of them. Her strength, determination and loyalty is admirable given the harsh hand she had been dealt in life. I cannot tell you how many times my eyes welled up reading her story, for me she was the ultimate female lead and I loved everything about her.

Kastor Matis on the other hand is a closed book. A dark, brooding, cold, sexy bastard who treated his new ex-con maid with so much unjustified disdain that I wanted to junk punch him so hard in the early chapters. His closed off persona compared to Daisy’s willingness to succeed made an interesting and entertaining combination, albeit an emotional one too.
PK circle 200
Kas isn’t all mean though as gradually those layers start to peel and what you find beneath is truly unimaginable, giving this book a true dramatic and suspenseful theme that had me turning each page in awe.

Samantha Towle has pulled no punches with Unsuitable. It is packed with injustices, heartbreak and loss whilst retaining that glimmer of hope and a promise of second chances. Her characters completely won me over and Kas and Daisy’s story is not one I will forget anytime soon.

Samantha Towle went a little WICKED

and gives us a riveting story in Unsuitable!!

OMG!! I just could not put this book down… Daisy and Kas… Holy Hell!! What a pair!

Right from the start you get to meet Daisy Smith, a tough young woman who is doing her best for her and her brother with the horrible cards that they have been dealt in life.  As she is barely keeping their heads above water, a too good to be true job brings them into a downward spiral that they never expected.

After losing everything that mattered to her, she begins to rebuild her life and get her brother back.  By the grace of God (or so it seems) she lands a job, cleaning a house… for the uber riche parents of Kastor Matis…

Oh Kas Kas Kas… you greek god wielding his power and twisting the lives of others as he deems correct.  Especially to try and make right the incredible wrongs that have played fate in his life.  He is a man on a mission, and will not let anything change his route.  He never counted on Daisy being the one thing that might just deter him from his end goal.  But will his need for the end game prevail, or will Daisy’s place in his life win out?

Freaking fantastic story, with twists I did not see coming… and jeeeezzus if I don’t just adore our newly wicked Samantha even more for it!!!

4.5 ‘Things to do before I die’ Crowns

The Ending I Want was an erotic tale with heart and I adored every single minute. If there is one good thing that Samantha Towle is good at, that is giving us strong characters who are not afraid to explore their more adventurous side, and this book delivers a hard-hitting, sexy, and un-put-down-able reading experience with a protagonist to die for. Even though this story is very hot between the sheets, it doesn’t deter away from the fact that this is very much the beginning of the end for our heroine, Taylor Shaw.

From the offset we know that this very brave young woman is on borrowed time as her aggressive brain tumour returns, but in knowing that, as a reader you get to appreciate her final journey in a way that will have you smiling at her fearless audacity, because let face it, what else has she got to lose?

PK circle 400

Armed with a bucket list and a final wish to see the country that her beloved parents first met, Taylor is ready for the adventure ahead, and ticking off those wishes her ode to a final farewell. It all starts on her outbound journey when ‘kiss a stranger’ gets marked off a little sooner than she expected when the beautiful man in the next seat becomes her travelling companion from Boston USA to London, UK. Losing her list to said man gives him a slight advantage when it soon becomes clear that this Boston girl needs a dose of adventure ‘British style’ as he promises to help tick off her list one-by-one, starting with the all-important promise of the best ‘oral sex’ that money can’t buy!

Taylor wants the dream; the movie moment, the risky outdoor sex and to stare her worst fear in the face, but she never wanted to fall in love. Not here. Not now. Not when she owes her family her life. Not when she has decided that leaving this earth to be with her loved ones penance for the guilt and responsibility she harbours for their tragic deaths.

Liam Hunter doesn’t do relationships, but he does do sex, and boy… does he do it well! This Boston girl is different to the others, she’s fun, feisty, a little adventurous and a hell of a lot mysterious and when Liam Hunter wants something, he will fight tooth and nail to get it…

This book was a fun read even though the theme was serious and somewhat upsetting. What starts as two strangers having a little fun turns into more, and as the relationship grows, the secret of Taylor’s illness becomes harder to hide or ignore. No good can come of finding the perfect partner when time is limited… the key is to make the most of it, and move on, but as we all know, nothing is ever that simple, and even though Taylor has made her decision, Liam Hunter is not the kind of man who takes no for an answer, and herein lies the real core of this story.

I enjoyed the dynamics of the plot and whereas this could have been another ‘bucket list’ read, the way the characters connected and his abrasive but sexy alpha exterior made this a real sexy read with Liam Hunter now making the hotty alpha book boyfriend list. Hell yeah… he just did it for me and I enjoyed every second.

I didn’t find this book overly emotional and I was actually quite thankful for that – but the post book hangover is a bitch! 😉

READ IT!

Bucket Lists….

When Taylor Shaw was diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumor, she made a bucket list of things she wanted to do if she lived.  She lived.  And in attempting to live, she lost.  And she lost big time!

PE circle 200

Years later, she now knows that she doesn’t have much time, so she goes back to the list and changes it to things to do before she dies.   There is one thing not on her list, but that one thing becomes her everything.  Everything she wants and everything she will give up because she believes she doesn’t deserve it.  What would you do? Take a chance of a million or follow your list?

This is another great story by Mrs. Towle.  She goes deep into the hotness in this book!  I have never wanted to kiss a stranger so much in my life!  Liam is a wet dream!  And I would jump off a cliff to be in his arms!

The Storm made for one perfect, albeit upsetting novella, in what is one of my favourite contemporary rockstar romances of all time.

I had no idea the direction this novella was going to take and if I’m honest I was a little concerned that there would be a spanner thrown in the workings of the perfect HEA. I didn’t want Jake and Tru’s love compromised in any way but I didn’t have anything to worry about as this novella was as much Jake’s story as it was Jonny Creed’s epilogue.

Wow! This little tale packed a punch in all the right places. It spoke of love, trust, family and forever bonds. Jonny Creed may be gone but there is no denying his pivotal role in the success of the Mighty Storm, and how his death had devastating effects on the ones he left behind. He is a fundamental part of their history and past actions can come with unexpected consequences.

This story is a case of ‘when the past comes back to haunt us,’ but in this case, it delivers a sad and happy ending that made me cherish this series all the more.

It was wonderful getting reacquainted with all my favourite characters and this story shows growth in maturity, mindset and in all things that truly matter.

The Storm is a must read, but prepare yourself for that epilogue, it may be sad, but it was beautifully done. Top marks for Sam Towle, the lady who never lets us down!

"Marry me." "What?" I stared back at him, unblinking. He moved closer, taking my face in his hands. "I love you, Evie. I look into the future, and the only thing I see clearly is you. Marry me." What's an eighteen-year-old girl who was madly in love with her nineteen-year-old boyfriend say? Of course, I said yes. Twenty-four hours later, I married Adam Gunner at a Vegas chapel to the sounds of "Livin' on a Prayer" by Bon Jovi. Not the best omen. I get that now. Then, exactly one week later, I left him. I walked out, leaving behind my wedding ring, annulment papers, and my heart, and he never knew why. I haven't seen him since. Not in ten long years. Now, he's here, standing before me. Looking at me with nothing but hurt and hatred in his eyes, he wants answers. Answers I can't give.

Adam and Evie… A once in a lifetime love destroyed with no rhyme or reason. Mistakes, betrayal, lies and deceit entwined with dark secrets encompass this profound and deeply emotional tale of broken love.

When I Was Yours is a tale of two halves narrated in both past and present double POV that makes for one dramatic and intense read, as it comes together in one explosive conclusion, that will have you hanging off the edge of your seat, because truly, this is one of those stories that can go either way.

Princess Kelly

From young innocent first time lovers to estranged Husband and Wife, Adam and Evie’s story is far from conventional but that is what I loved about it. The destructive actions compared to that of innocent past contradicted itself so prominently, you realise the misjustice of that lost love was tragic, as much as rediscovering it was so painfully beautiful… This was helped due to the current timeframe being told in a darker and rather destructive way compared to the past backstory.

I laughed, swooned and shed a tear for them both but if I’m honest I did find Adam’s actions a little undesirable at times and the story somewhat predictable in places, nevertheless, I inhaled this book with gusto and every chapter left me wanting more. Samantha Towle never fails in bringing the feels, and as much as I love her leading males, my heart was captured by the heroine in this one because every biting remark, every knock back broke her a little more but she never gave up; a fighter to the very end. Brilliant!

“Marry me.”“What?” I stared back at him, unblinking. He moved closer, taking my face in his hands. “I love you, Evie. I look into the future, and the only thing I see clearly is you. Marry me.”
What’s an eighteen-year-old girl who was madly in love with her nineteen-year-old boyfriend say?
Of course, I said yes.
Twenty-four hours later, I married Adam Gunner at a Vegas chapel to the sounds of “Livin’ on a Prayer” by Bon Jovi. Not the best omen. I get that now.
Then, exactly one week later, I left him. I walked out, leaving behind my wedding ring, annulment papers, and my heart, and he never knew why.
I haven’t seen him since. Not in ten long years.
Now, he’s here, standing before me. Looking at me with nothing but hurt and hatred in his eyes, he wants answers.
Answers I can’t give.

Wow’ed again by Samantha Towle!!

We get a really great story about two young loves, met by chance, maybe destiny.

It begins like all great love story begins…
A boy met a girl, the boy and girl fell in love, and the boy lost the girl.

Adam Gunner is the son of a movie mogul. Spoiled in all things materialistic, but penniless in being loved.
Evie Taylor is strong young girl who has survived many obstacles and tragedy, and will continue to make sure she and her family survives, despite the sacrifice.

I really liked how Samantha Towle went back and forth from past to present in their POV’s. And how she carefully crafted the story to get you to the present, and then make you live all the love, laughs and pain. She makes you doubt their future. She dangled hope in front of your face to just make you believe that they would never survive the secrets and hurt!

It’s so hard to review this story without giving away the details of their ups and downs in their relationship… the good is breathtaking… the bad is soul shattering. It truly puts you in the mindset of being in the same situation, and having to choose between what you love the most… what would you do? Could you survive it? Would you be able to forgive?

I love reading anything by Samantha Towle… Read this!
